ESG Hiring Managers | Job Seekers

Board | c-Level Positions

Board and C-Level positions hold ultimate responsibility for setting the strategic direction, governance standards and long-term sustainability of an organisation. The Board provides oversight, accountability and stewardship, ensuring that risk, compliance, financial performance and ESG commitments are managed with integrity and transparency. C-Level executives including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer and other senior leaders translate strategy into execution, driving operational excellence, innovation, growth and cultural leadership across the business. Together, these roles shape vision, safeguard stakeholder interests, champion ethical decision-making and ensure the organisation delivers measurable performance while embedding achievable sustainability and ESG objectives into its core strategy.

Environmental Social Governance Officers (ESGO)

They oversee the development and implementation of ESG frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving measurable environmental performance, social impact and transparent governance standards. ESG Officers work across all departments to integrate carbon reduction initiatives, resource efficiency, community engagement, diversity and inclusion, and ethical supply chain practices into everyday business decisions. They are responsible for ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment and continuous improvement, ensuring that sustainability objectives are not only aspirational but practical, achievable and aligned with long-term commercial performance and organisational values.
