When ARIS ZINC GROUP acquired Strategic Executive Solutions (SES), we realised it was more than a strategic transaction, it was a chance to re-engineer how outcomes are delivered through our new environmental product range "ThynkEvoSol".
SES brought disciplined and proven managed service operational rigour enabling scalability and reliability with expanded reach into new parts of Australia and indeed the World. ThynkEvoSol brought a growing portfolio of environmental technology systems and products that have a positive impact for all sizes of residential homes and commercial enterprises. Together, we saw the opportunity to wrap services around products to design, deploy, run, and continually improve achieving sustainable results.
In 2020, as the pandemic slowed the world, we asked a simple question: what is our part to play? We started at home. We mapped our supply chain and switched to lower-impact materials and suppliers. We set reduction targets for energy, travel, and waste before talking about offsets. We moved workloads to efficient cloud platforms, tightened our asset lifecycles, and embedded circularity principles such as repairability, reuse, and responsible recycling into product design, with our OEM partner, and service delivery through SES.
Those internal changes reshaped our external promise. We shifted from “shipping solutions” to operating responsible outcomes: onboarding users well, supporting them day-to-day, monitoring performance, and tuning systems to cut carbon and cost over time. SES’s service desk has become the front door; our technical teams handle the complex issues; and, where deep specialism is needed, we engaged our Alchemy consortium partners and OEM all under a single, accountable operating model.
We have built feedback loops into everything. Knowledge-based articles and customer training has reduced onboarding and operating production positively with telemetry showing us where energy and performance could be further improved. Post-implementation “early life support” has cemented adoption and growth. Governance dashboards linked service levels to environmental KPIs with uptime, response, and throughput alongside energy use, e-waste diversion, and emissions avoided. Customers can now see that better service also meant a lighter footprint. Now customers are asking to invest in our projects to further improve their carbon emissions posture.
To keep pace with our ambition, we have strengthened our foundations. We aligned to ISO 9001 for quality through SES's certifications and adopted ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 45001 for health and safety, and we operationalised risk management with ISO 31000.
Today, that’s the heart of ThynkEvoSol: a company that unites technology, services, and stewardship so human progress and environmental balance thrive together.
